Igbaradi:

Cut the herring fillet pre-soaked in milk into cubes,

porcini mushrooms boiled and stewed in oil, canned

mushrooms, onions and fresh tomatoes, mix everything gently with a fork.

Pour salad dressing over, mix gently and chill well.

Dressing preparation: grind with 2 – spoons of cottage cheese, milk or caviar

herring, mix with mayonnaise to taste.
