Olu borscht pẹlu prunes

Igbaradi:

Boil mushroom broth. Cut beets, carrots, parsley and onions

straws, put in a soup pot, add tomatoes, vinegar, sugar,

a little broth, 1-2 tbsp. spoons of oil and, closing the lid, put the vegetables

stew. Stir, adding more water or broth as needed to avoid

sun.

After 15-20 minutes, add chopped cabbage, mix everything and

simmer another 20 minutes. Rinse prunes well and put in vegetables.

Pour everything with broth, add pepper, bay leaf, salt and cook until

imurasilẹ.

Serving on the table, put sour cream in borscht.
