A group of scientists from the University of Maryland Medical Center (USA) has prepared a paper on vitamin K.This vitamin is necessary for the normal functioning of the body, but not as many people know about it as about vitamins D and C.

Meanwhile, vitamin K helps the human body to regulate important cellular processes, and also affects blood clotting and is involved in the formation of bone tissue. Vitamin K is found in large amounts in spinach, eso kabeeji, bran, cereals, avocado, kiwi, bananas, milk and soy.
